What Alice is

Alice is a self-coaching service: a digital companion for working on limiting beliefs, a 21-day conversation that helps you identify, take apart, and rewrite the inner contracts that shape your decisions. The AI underneath is Anthropic's Claude, with a memory system and a journey of our own.

What Alice is not

It is not a medical, health care or mental health service. Alice does not assess, diagnose, treat or monitor any physical or mental health condition.

It is not psychological therapy. Alice is not a substitute for a therapist, a doctor, or any other professional. She cannot diagnose mental disorders, prescribe medication, or handle a crisis. If you are in emotional distress, please reach out for professional help.

It is not medical or legal advice. Nothing Alice says constitutes professional advice.

It is not for emergencies. Alice cannot call for help or send anyone to you.

In an emergency, or if you are thinking about suicide, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), free and 24/7, or text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line). If your life or someone else's is in immediate danger, call 911. In Israel: 101 (Magen David Adom), or ERAN at 1201.

Who can use Alice

You must be 18 or olderto use Alice, and by creating an account you confirm that you are. Alice is for adults only, so a parent's consent cannot stand in for this.

Personal use

Your account is personal, non-transferable, and not for commercial use. You may not share it with others, and you may not copy or reproduce the content Alice creates in your personal conversations with her for commercial distribution.

We reserve the right to refuse an account to anyone who breaches these terms.

Payment and cancellation

The journey is a one-time payment of $99, which gives full access to all 21 days. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. A later journey, or a journey bought as a gift, is a separate one-time payment, at the price shown when you buy it. Payment is processed through Stripe.

A gift code is good for five years from the day it was bought, and can be used once.

Prices are in US dollars. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout.

Refunds: you can cancel within 14 days of paying and get your money back, less at most the small cancellation fee the law allows. If you have not yet gone deep into the journey, we waive the fee and refund the full amount, no questions asked. The full rules are on our Cancellations & Refunds page, and if anything here reads differently, that page applies.

To request a refund or cancellation, write to us at contact@alicemind.co. In any case, your right to cancel under Israel's Consumer Protection Law and its regulations, and any right the consumer protection law where you live gives you, is preserved.

Emails from us

By creating an account, you agree to receive the emails that are part of the service: your sign-in links, messages about your purchase, your journey's daily reminders, and notices about your account or these terms. You agree that notices we send by email, or show you in your personal area, meet any legal requirement that they be in writing.

You can turn off the daily reminders in your personal area. Any marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time; it does not stop the emails your service needs.

Intellectual property

Your content is yours. Everything you wrote to Alice, and every contract you rewrote, belongs to you. We claim no ownership of anything you create in the conversations.

Alice is ours.The "Alice" brand, the site's design, the code that runs it, the system prompts and the methodology (the 21 days, the 5 identity laws, the anchor) are reserved to us.

No guarantees

Alice is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our utmost to work with care and consistency, but the recommendations and insights that come up in a conversation are no guarantee of any result. Your decisions are your own.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those written in these terms, and we disclaim implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of this may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: in the event of a malfunction, downtime, or data loss, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, and we will not be liable for indirect, emotional, or consequential damage.

Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Ending the service

You can close your account permanently at any time from your personal area. This deletes all of your data, and the deletion cannot be undone.

We reserve the right to close an account that breaches these terms, with or without prior notice; in the case of a breach, no refund will be given. If we decide to discontinue the whole service on our side (not because of a breach), we will offer a fair refund in proportion to your use.

Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the state or country where you live that cannot be waived by contract.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by Israeli law. Any dispute will be heard exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the place where you live.

Changes to these terms

We will update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and in your personal area at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after the date they take effect means you accept the new terms.
